I did the 30 Day Shred everyday for the whole month of March. Since the Shred is split into three levels, I did Level 1 for 10 days, Level 2 for 10 days, and Level three for 10 days. You dont will need anything but 3lb weights along with a yoga mat (if you might be working out on a tough surface). You should think about investing in a good sports bra, also as new cross trainers. The Shred is tough on the knees and shins.
